Delete your VerbaLive account

This page is for organizers and operators who signed in to VerbaLive with an email address, Google or Apple. Listeners never create an account: the anonymous identifier on their device disappears when the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

1. Delete the account yourself

1. Open the VerbaLive app or app.verba.im and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its profile are removed immediately and permanently. Deletion cannot be undone.

2. Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@verba.im from the address of the account (or tell us which Google or Apple account you used). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your sign-in identity, your profile (email, display name), device diagnostics linked to your account.
• Kept: the organization's events, transcripts and remaining translation hours stay with the other members of the organization. If you were the only member, nobody can access them anymore and they are removed with the organization's data on request.
• Kept for accounting: records of purchases and usage minutes, for 5 years as required by law (see the Privacy Policy). They are no longer linked to your sign-in identity.
